Jeff's experience spans both industry (including Materials, Operations and IT Management) and consulting. He developed a unique global perspective during his tenure in significant P&L management-level positions in both Asia and Europe.

A very capable consultant, David is known for his ability to build high performance teams and workgroups through executive retreats, focus groups, offsite meetings and project launch sessions. Clients also benefit from his extensive experience in change management, managing distributed teams and work groups, and coordinating complex programs and projects.
David has special expertise in using electronic meeting systems to conduct virtual meetings, as well as excellent problem solving, negotiating, team building and change management skills.

He has been CIO at several large, multinational organizations. Most recently he was CIO at Maxim Integrated and prior to that was CIO at Marvell Semiconductor. He has also led the IT organizations for Fujitsu, Electroglas, and CyberIQ Systems. He has an MS and MBA from the University of Virginia.

Sean's 25+ years of industry and consulting experience developing and implementing transformative business strategies provide clients with measurable financial improvement results. As the Americas Region Controller and an IT leader at Hewlett Packard, he implemented finance, accounting and order to cash ERP systems on a global basis. Sean has Board of Directors experience at First Tech Federal Credit Union and Habitat for Humanity - East Bay Silicon Valley.
